Issue#1: The invoices for Canary Island are falling into error due to incomplete Foreign Trade data

However the same replicated scenario in Quality didn't show up any issues.

Issue#1 The delivery is created prior to the change when the issue is not fixed. But however manually adding the foreign trade data as below in the invoice could fix the issue.
